Provided that the products you have purchased from www.tksstyles.com are unused, the exchange period is "7 DAYS" from the invoice date.

How Can I Perform the Exchange?

1- You must send the product/products you want to exchange, together with the invoice, to our head office address on the invoice, via our contracted cargo company, FEDEX CARGO.

2- After the cargo you sent reaches us, you must contact the WhatsApp line at +905326890515 to create your exchange order before the stocks of the products you want run out.

 

3- Our relevant team will carry out your exchange in line with the product you sent and the order you placed.

 

Will I Pay Shipping Fees for Exchange?

1- If the purchased product reaches you in a defective/defective/wrong way, we will cover the shipping fee if you use the cargo company we have an agreement with when sending the defective/defective/wrong product to our address. If you send with a different cargo company, we do not cover the shipping fee.

2- Defective/Defective/Not Wrong You pay the shipping fee when sending the products to us for exchange, and the shipping cost of your new product sent to you after the product exchange is reflected to you.

 

3- When sending us the product you have decided to exchange, the shipping costs are covered by you. Shipping Fee will be reflected to you when we send your new product to you.

 

4- There are ABSOLUTELY NO exchanges and returns for promotional products.

My order is defective/defective/wrongly sent. What should I do?

 

All products we offer for sale are inspected for damage while being packaged for delivery. In the unlikely event that a defective/defective/wrong product arrives to you, the process works as follows;

 

When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, be sure to check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and prepare a "Due Detection Report" as soon as you see any damage.

 

In case of any damage you notice after the delivery of the order, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a "Due Determination Report". If the cargo branch does not assist you in this matter, please inform us as soon as possible.

 

When you send the damaged product to our TKSSTYLES.COM address along with the Damage Assessment Report, your product exchange or return process will be completed quickly and you will be informed about it.
